What are tokens and how do I use them?

Tokens are digital credits that you can use to upload videos and have our AI, Tempo, analyze them. They also work as discounts in the "Shop" section - for example, if you have 500 tokens, you'll get a $50 USD discount on any product. Each token equals $0.10 USD.

How can I buy/get more tokens?

Currently, there are two ways to get tokens. The first is by purchasing them directly from the app’s home screen using the (+) button. The second is through the “Upgrade Plan” section — by subscribing monthly, you’ll receive tokens each month that can be used for discounts or video analysis. The payment logic is handled by Stripe, which ensures security and a wide variety of payment methods.

Is it possible to delete my account?

Of course! You can delete your account if you wish. To do so, please send an email to info@Mullybox.com explaining your reasons, and we’ll process your request as soon as possible.

The "Play Golf" feature isn't detecting my location.

For the app to detect your location, please remember to grant the permissions it requests. If not, you can manually enable these permissions in the app settings. If you have any questions or issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.

How long does TEMPO take to analyze my video?

TEMPO typically takes between 12 and 24 hours to analyze your video, depending on the length and quality of the footage. We strive to provide quick and accurate feedback to help you improve your golf swing. Please note that we’re currently in the beta version of the app, and these times will be significantly reduced in the future.

How long does it take for the tokens to be credited after payment?
